A travel designer creates unique and personalized trips based on the requirements of the client. Travel Designers are expected to go the extra mile, planning itineraries with creativity and expertise.

Finding solutions for each wish, request, and need is our greatest challenge!

Where in Europe do you offer tours to?

We offer support for trips in central and southern Europe. We are mainly active in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, and France.

On request, we can organize trips in other European countries.

 

 

Where are you located?

We are based in Switzerland; the heart of Europe.

Being centrally located is a great advantage for us; it is easy and quick to discover new places and people to introduce to our clients.

Why should I book through your agency?

We are located in Europe and speak the languages of the countries we offer. While traveling we will support you in multiple languages (English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, and French).

Save time and energy. It's quite easy to book a flight or hotel online but how incredibly difficult and time-consuming can it be to plan a memorable vacation experience? We will take care of the ground service for you, releasing you from stress.

Our expertize and network in the tourism industry allows us to find personalized solutions quickly and efficiently.
The communication between us will be quicker and more personalized than through most traditional agencies. We can talk on Whatsup or Skype, and are flexible about the time to meet up virtually.

For an extra fee, we can be on site when you land in Europe, or during part of your trip

What services do you offer?

We take care of the ground service for you: hotels, transfers, activities, guides, restaurants, tickets, gifts, and much more.

We do not organize flights, travel insurances, and VISA permissions.

Which clients do you tipically work for?

We work for people, who have little time to organize a trip, but still, wish to experience a personalized tour rather than a standardized package tour.

Families with kids, just-married couples, groups of friends, schools, associations...We offer our services to leisure and business clients.

 

PAYMENT

How do booking processes and payment terms work?

STEP 1: Fill in the request form here.

STEP 2: We'll get back to you by Email or phone call to further understand your wishes. Don’t worry if the details are still unclear.

STEP 3: After the initial conversation we’ll send you an itinerary with ideas, together with a cost-estimate based on what we discussed.

STEP 4: If you like our proposal, and wish to proceed, a deposit of EUR 500 is required.

STEP 5: We will book all the services for you.

STEP 6: We will send you the final itinerary with detailed information on transfers, tours, and accommodations including contact persons and numbers in case of emergency.

Payment terms

500 EUR deposit, when the proposal is accepted

50% of the total price, 60 days before arrival

The remaining balance, 30 days before arrival

How much do your services cost?

The cost of the service depens on the type of trip, the destination, and how much work and time are required.

If the trip is a group tour (min. 10 people, 7 nights stay), or a five-star resort stay with no customized components, we usually offer the service for free. If the trip is a custom-tailored itinerary, there is a fee to pay.

We will always be transparent with our fees before we start planning your trip.
